Pakistan Train Accident Today: In an unfortunate incident, at least 30 people were killed after Sir Syed Express train collided with a Millat Express between Reti and Daharki railway stations in Ghotki in Pakistan, reports said on Monday.
Reports suggest that Sir Syed Express train, which was heading towards Lahore collided with the Millat Express which was derailed on the way to Sargodha from Karachi.
Pakistan media quoted Ghotki Deputy Commissioner Usman Abdullah saying that at least 30 people were killed in the train mishap while 50 others were injured.
According to Abdullah, around 13 to 14 bogies derailed while six to eight were “completely destroyed”. The Ghotki Deputy Commissioner said that several passengers were still trapped and the operation has become a “challenge” for the officials.

The accident happened between Reti and Daharki station. In which about 30 people died and many people are said to be injured. According to the news of Pakistani news channel ARY News, a relief and rescue team has been dispatched to the spot as soon as the news is received.
The troops associated with Pakistan Rangers Sindh have reached the spot and carrying out rescue operations.
