Hayao Miyazaki Career, Achievements
The young man began to pursue his dream of making a cartoon, in 1963, when he joined a Japanese cartoon giant, ‘Toei Animation Pvt Ltd’. During his time here, Miyazaki began working on projects such as ‘Wolf Boy Ken’ and ‘Watchdog Bow Bow’.
The cartoonist received the commendation of ‘Toei’ staff, after improving the text of their project ‘Gulliver Travels To The Moon’ and was successful in reaching a satisfactory conclusion to its story.
Miyazaki got a chance to work on the 1968 animation project ‘Hols: Prince Of The Sun’, in which he wrote the role of lead actor and stage designer. The following year she worked on the animated project ‘Puss in Boots’.
The year 1971 was one of the most important years of Hayao’s career. He moved from ‘Toei’ to a cartoon company called ‘A Pro’ this year and worked on ‘Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves’ and ‘Animal Treasure Island’.
