Who was Sharad Tripathi?
Sharad Tripathi born on 9 January 1972 was a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from the state of Uttar Pradesh. Sharad Tripathi was elected to Lok Sabha from Sant Kabir Nagar constituency in the 2014 general elecion.

Tripathi was the son of Shri Ramapati Ram Tripathi, former president of the BJP State Unit of Uttar Pradesh. He died in 2021, following a lengthy illness. PM Narendra Modi, Home Minister Shah, and Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi paid condolences.

BJP MP Sharad Tripathi Death, Reason Of Death
Former BJP MP from Santkabirnagar Sharad Tripathi died due to prolonged illness at Medanta hospital in Haryana’s Gurgaon, his family said.
Mr Tripathi (49) died on Wednesday night due to liver-related ailment, they said.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters and two sons, his close relative and RSS worker Sanjay Mishra said.
Mr Tripathi was elected as MP from Sant Kabir Nagar Lok Sabha seat in 2014.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah condoled his death.
“Shri Sharad Tripathi”s untimely demise has left me as well as many others saddened. He loved serving society and working for the downtrodden. He made unique efforts to popularise the ideals of Sant Kabir Das Ji. Condolences to his family and supporters. Om Shanti,” PM Modi tweeted.
Amit Shah said Tripathi’s death is a big loss to the party.
BJP national president J P Nadda also expressed shock and extended condolences to the BJP leader’s family and supporters.
